Club Visit Report Guide

You can use this practice copy of the Area Report of Club Visit Form to prepare for your Area Governor's visit. It will give you a pretty good idea of what is needed to fill out the form. It is not complete, but you may wish to use this guide to get information ready for the visit.

I. MEMBERSHIP GROWTH:
